### Give your community a common goal and content that's hard to find. For free

**Story:**

Questbook couldn't grow its community until one of its Co-Founders - Madhavan - created 120 free tutorials that helped web2 devs learn the basics of web3. 

Since free high-quality courses back then were scarce, many community members shared these tutorials with other people on Twitter and Discord. 

This content and having a common goal helped Questbook's community to grow from almost 0 to 15,000+ devs in 2.5 months.

### Don't outsource the community-building to a Community Manager early on
